Refund & Cancellation

We truly care about your satisfaction and pack every order with love. However, because ME AMO operates in wholesale, our return and refund policy is strict and clearly defined. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Returns & exchanges — accepted only if:

  • The product received isdamaged, broken, or incorrect

  • Acomplete, unedited unboxing videois provided (recorded from the start, showing all sides of the outer package and the full opening — no cuts or edits)

  • The issue isreported within 24 hoursof delivery

 

⚠️ The unboxing video is mandatory. 

Without it, no return or exchange request will be processed noexceptions.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You made a wrong selection (product, colour, size, or variant)

  • No unboxing video was recorded or provided

  • The video is incomplete, edited, or begins after the package was opened

  • The issue was reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, or tampering

  • Minor colour variation due to screen display differences

 

How to raise a return request

  • Step 1:Record a full, unedited unboxing video the moment you receive your parcel

  • Step 2:Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email

  • Step 3:Share your Order ID, issue description, and the unboxing video

  • Step 4:Our team reviews your request within 2–3 business days

  • Step 5:If approved, we guide you through the next steps

 

Refunds

ME AMO does not offer cash refunds as a default resolution. Approved cases are resolved via:

  • Replacementof the damaged or incorrect item (preferred)

  • Store creditfor a future order

  • Refund to original payment method— only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible (5–7 business days after approval)

 

Order cancellation

  • Cancellations are acceptedonly before dispatch— contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled

  • Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your Order ID

  • Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to your original payment method within5–7 business days
