When will my order arrive?
Expect your order to arrive within 10–15 days from the date of payment. This includes both dispatch time and courier transit.

What's the return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if all three conditions are met:
Damaged, broken, or wrong item Unboxing video provided Reported within 24 hrs of delivery.
Not accepted if: you changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or have no unboxing video.
The unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish — no cuts, no edits, showing all sides of the package. No exceptions.
